Our shipping and handling rates are calculated
at the time of purchase. Prior to completing your
order, you will be able to review the price of the
game/games you are purchasing, any applicable taxes
on the game(s), and shipping charges. These charges
factor in the weight of the game, the dimensions and
cost of the box that we ship the game in, and the type
of shipment you choose.
To cut down on costs and pass the savings on to you,
the customer, we reuse many of our boxes. Don't be
surprised if you get a Hasbro box that has Mayfair games
in it.
Delivery Methods and # of days for delivery
Economy - Gamefest will determine the
shipping method at the time of processing the order.
Orders may be shipped via the United States Postal
Service or by UPS. Delivery times vary -
typically 1-5 days, but could possibly be up to 10
days if you live in less populated areas.

Returns
Gamefest.com will accept a return under the
following conditions
We receive a message within 15 days of purchase
explaining the reasons for return, and requesting
authorization to return the game to Gamefest.com.

The game must be received within 15 days of the
email requesting authorization for return.
Exceptions are OK during the Holiday season or gift
orders.
If the game is new, it must be unopened, and still
be wrapped in its original plastic wrapping. If
the item is received by Gamefest in non-damaged
condition, Gamefest.com will refund 100% of the purchase
price of the game.
If the game has been opened, but still in new
condition, Gamefest.com will refund 80% of the purchase
price of the game.
We will refund the full price of your purchased game
under the above conditions, but shipment charges must be
paid by the customer unless the game is being returned due
to a Gamefest.com error. If Gamefest.com is in error,
we will pay for the shipping costs.
