This is a wonderful game. It does take some time to learn the game play and rules, but it's really worth it. The game plays well with 2, 3 or 4 players. The management of influence markers in your supply and the correct placement of the markers is the heart of this game. I liked it from the first playing and continue to look forward to many more playings. My only caution is that if you like short and simple rules then this might not be the perfect game for you. The rules are well written with plenty of examples but they do run 16 pages with includes a bit of history on the court followers.
