Another classic American game, another set of dice. This time, you get 5 of them!
I've played and enjoyed this game many times. In the end, that is what matters. There is something appealing to it. Simple in concept, left to the dice-fates in execution. And yes, there are decisions that have to be made, gut-wrenching tense decisions that really give the game it's flavor.
Playing this game right means you get to learn about mathematical probabilities, and when to change what category you are looking for when a new outcome has a greater probability. It means learning how to get yourself that bonus at the top, while remaining flexible on the bottom.

Another family favorite, when nothing else will do, break out the YAHTZEE! game. Whom that has played this game doesn't remember trying for that elusive 5th matching number and achieving the ever wonderful and highest score of a YAHTZEE! Since this is the ONLY High score which can be made from rolling 5 of a kind no matter which of the 6 sides of the DICE is in the running, it is the MOST rewarding; unless you are one of the lucky few that's made a DOUBLE Yahtzee!...or more! The most challenging part for the majority of players is just achieving a Score good enough to gain the BONUS points.
