We work different hours every day - Some days we come to
work early in the morning, sometimes we come in early in the
afternoon. We are almost always around to answer
emails in the afternoon and most evenings. We even
have a graveyard shift that sometimes works at night.

know many people like to talk on the phone, but for us to be
efficient and accurate, we need to concentrate on a few
